1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include clearance items, gift cards, personalized products, and any item marked as “Final Sale.” For hygiene reasons, some home textiles or soft furnishings may also be non-returnable if opened or used.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@gregorydeals.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions, including the return address and any required documentation.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt as proof of return.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated period, please check with your bank or credit card provider first. If you’ve done that and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@gregorydeals.store.

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the preferred product.

9. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as processing begins immediately.
