All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We’ll notify you via email if there are any significant delays.

2. Shipping Time

Once processed, most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the product ordered. Some items may ship from different warehouses or manufacturers, which could impact delivery times slightly.

3. Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders across the United States. No minimum purchase is required. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout if applicable.

4. Delivery Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s progress through the carrier’s website.

6. Split Shipments

Depending on availability and fulfillment centers, your order may arrive in multiple packages. If this occurs, you’ll receive separate tracking information for each package.

7. Delays and Exceptions

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather, postal delays, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier but will work to resolve any delivery issues promptly.

8. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping details are correct at the time of order. Gregory Deals is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We’re happy to assist you in the process, but we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
